As the fox you need some way to time your intervals.It turns out the interval timing apps created for the fitness industry are ideal for this. You set the first interval for two minutes (I like to colour this interval green) and the second interval for three minutes (I like to colour this interval red) and set it to repeat 24 times (120 minutes in total). Many of these apps are free for our simple use.
